Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Sapio account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Sapio and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings (gear) icon at the top of your profile.
3. In Account Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Profile.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog. This action is permanent.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, conversations, and game history from Sapio. This cannot be undone.

Alternative: request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from your registered email address at contact@sapio.fun with the subject "Delete my account", and we will process your request.
